Call us when someone dies


We answer all your questions directly.
We gather some initial information so we can make preparations.
Nothing more needs to be done right now.
We encourage you to take some rest.

We transfer your person in to our care


If the death has occurred anywhere except a public hospital, we usually arrive within 3 hours to transfer.

Your person is taken to our certified mortuary partner.

We meet with you
(usually the next day)


The choice is yours where we meet.

It can be by telephone, online video call or in person at your home or somewhere convenient.

We complete the paperwork


We complete the official processes of the medical certification needed, plus all the relevant details Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM Registry) information to complete the death certificate.

We will ask for payment at this time.

It usually takes about 3 days to gather all the necessary medical and legal documents required.

Starting the Cremation Process

Cremation


Your persons body is placed in a simple cremation coffin and transferred to a fully licensed and regulated cremation facility.

We will also ask what urn/container you would like the ashes returned in.

We personally deliver the ashes to you


About 3 weeks after the cremation, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time and place to return the ashes which will be in your chosen urn.
