Steps to Follow

- ◌ We take some basic information to make preparations for the direct cremation service.
- ◌ We'll talk in more detail when you're ready.
We transfer your person
- ◌ With the information we've collected we can usually arrive within 3 hours to collect your person.
- ◌ They're taken directly to our certified mortuary partner as part of our direct cremation services in Sydney.
We talk with you in more detail
- ◌ Usually the next day, we will talk more about your person.
- ◌ This conversation can be by phone, video call or face-to-face.
- ◌ All at a time and place convenient for you, keeping things simple and clear during your cremation service arrangements.
We complete all the paperwork
- ◌ With the information we've gathered, we complete the official processes.
- ◌ Medical certification relating to their death, plus information for Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM Registry) to complete the death certificate.
- ◌ We look after all this as part of our cremation services in Sydney, so you don't need to worry.
Cremation
- ◌ The cremation is completed at a licensed and regulated cremation facility.
- ◌ Before the cremation is completed we will arrange payment with you, with clear direct cremation cost and no hidden extras.
- ◌ We'll also ask about your preferred urn for the ashes.

We personally deliver the ashes
- ◌ After the cremation is completed and when you are ready, we will personally return the ashes at a time and place convenient for you.
- ◌ This is usually completed within 3–4 weeks as part of our budget cremation in Greater Sydney.
